The Queen's 90th Birthday

The Queen's 90th Birthday Celebrations

The drizzle didn't put anyone off on this day of Upton's celebrations for The Queen's 90th Birthday. A parade from Hanley Road car park to the Old Road included lots of motorised floats and individual entries. Hot Peppers WI had knitted squares and made a tractor! Betty Williams, Queen for the day, looked stunning and was driven through the town in a Morgan. The organisers deserve a big thank you for all the hard work they have put in to organise a great celebration of The Queen's 90th Birthday - Thank You all!
